IV. How long do we store your personal data? 

We do not store your data for longer than necessary as to achieve the processing purposes described in section II. above or to fulfil our contractual or legal obligations. The data will be stored as long as it is required for the purpose of the processing or as long as prescribed (i.e. for the duration of statutory retention obligations) or permitted by applicable law (i.e. until the expiry of limitation periods for potential legal claims or as long as we have a legitimate interest). 

V. Rights of the data subjects

According to applicable law, with regard to your data processed by us, you as the data subject have at any time the right to:

  • restriction of processing, as well as
  • erasure ("right to be forgotten").

Insofar as your data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest, you also have the right to object to processing of data concerning you on grounds relating to your particular situation at any time; this applies in particular to processing of data for the purpose of direct marketing.

Insofar as the processing of your data is based on your consent, you also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future. Such a withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing undertaken before that moment.
